How to handle Pairs | When To Hit, Split, Stand or Surrender.
A Pair of Aces - Always Split them no matter what the Dealer is showing.
A Pair of Twos - Split them if the Dealer is showing a 2 - 7 or Hit them if he is showing a 8 - Ace.
A Pair of Threes - Split them if the Dealer is showing a 2 - 7 or Hit them if he is showing a 8 - Ace.
